The Problem We Couldn’t Ignore

As three Salesforce professionals with years of experience managing complex ecosystems, we kept seeing the same high-stakes problem: Integrations break, but they don't always "scream." We’ve all been there—a mission-critical sync between Salesforce and an ERP or Marketing tool fails silently. The logs say everything is fine, but the data is missing. Usually, it isn’t a technical alert that flags the issue; it’s an angry email from a VP of Sales or a frustrated Marketing Director who realizes their leads are missing.

When the business finds out about a technical failure before the IT team does, trust is lost. We knew there had to be a better way to keep everyone in the loop.
