As three Salesforce professionals with years of experience managing complex ecosystems, we kept seeing the same high-stakes problem: Integrations break, but they don't always "scream." We’ve all been there—a mission-critical sync between Salesforce and an ERP or Marketing tool fails silently. The logs say everything is fine, but the data is missing. Usually, it isn’t a technical alert that flags the issue; it’s an angry email from a VP of Sales or a frustrated Marketing Director who realizes their leads are missing.
When the business finds out about a technical failure before the IT team does, trust is lost. We knew there had to be a better way to keep everyone in the loop.

Our Mission
To empower Salesforce teams to be proactive, not reactive. We believe that when technical and business users have the same visibility, they stop pointing fingers and start solving problems together. MetricSentinel is our contribution to a more transparent, reliable Salesforce ecosystem.
We built MetricSentinel to end the era of "silent failures." We realized that technical monitoring tools were often too complex for business users to understand, while standard Salesforce reports weren't real-time enough to catch integration hiccups.
